Employment Relations Amendment Bill – Key Dates and Changes
The New Zealand Government has passed its Employment Relations Amendment Bill, green-lighting significant changes to the national workplace relations system that will affect every employer in the country.
As soon as the bill receives Royal Assent, certain changes will come into effect immediately, with the majority of others becoming effective on 6 May 2019.
