Carolyn is passionate about assisting clients to set their business’s up for continued improvement and success, implementing health and safety systems and processes. She brings with her a wealth of experience as a health and safety professional and advisor, in a range of industries and environments. Carolyn’s experience working with clients across a wide range of industries allows her to appreciate industry specific challenges and competently advise on workplace health and safety related systems and procedures in consideration of the business conditions. Carolyn has worked in health and safety for the last 14 years in various industries such as; food manufacturing and importing, facilities maintenance, safety training and administration, safety compliance, fleet management and timber frame and truss manufacturing; in a number of health and safety, quality and compliance roles. She has a National Certificate in Business Management and is currently studying for her NZ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management. Carolyn has a good understanding of the challenges associated with running an SME business and is well placed to provide practical and realistic workplace health and safety solutions for clients.
