Jill is an experienced Human Resource and Health and Safety practitioner. She loves to meet with clients and share her knowledge enabling the client to be set up for success for now and in the future. She has experience working across a wide range of industries, which allows her to understand and appreciate many challenges faced by businesses today. Jill has worked in Hospitality, a Waste company, a Courier company, Engineering companies, oil and gas, power and gas distribution and for two different Councils: covering water, wastewater, libraries, animal control, information centers, swimming pools, events, and office environments. Jill has also managed several small businesses including, a motel, petrol station, cafes, restaurants and fast food outlets. In all these businesses Jill was responsible for the Employment relations and Health and Safety aspects. This experience has led to a pragmatic approach to her work and ensuring the clients particular needs are filled appropriately. Jill has a Business Degree with a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and an International Certificate in Health and Safety. She is well experienced to assist you with your needs.Leave a Review
