John has worked in both the public and private sectors at the corporate level providing a human resource advisory service and payroll management. Since joining Employsure in March 2018 John has gained an invaluable insight to the demands placed on owners of Small Medium Enterprises (SME’s) required to manage their own operation including employment, payroll along with Health and Safety. Johns wealth of knowledge and experience in human resources and payroll enables him to provide a good grasp of what is required for businesses to bring about achievement of their business organisation goals. His experience working with clients across a wide range of industries allows him to appreciate industry specific challenges and competently advise on employment and workplace health and safety related systems and procedures in consideration of the business conditions. John is passionate about assisting clients to set their business up for continued success through implementing HR and workplace health and safety solutions for clients. John holds a NZ Diploma in Business and NZIM Diploma in Management.
