She has previously worked as an HR Advisor for an investment company whose goal was to support and guide SMEs in New Zealand.
This experience allows her to appreciate industry specific challenges and competently advice on employment related systems, procedures and legislation. Julia studied Human Resource Management and Marketing at Canterbury university.
