After 12 years as a chef, Liz accidentally fell into HR and has never left.  She believes that supporting clients with pragmatic and sustainable solutions means that business owners and managers can “stick to their knitting” and get on with building their business.

Over her career, Liz has worked at all levels of HR from administrator to HR Director at a number NZ and UK organisations in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors such as travel, health, manufacturing, trades, regulatory bodies and local government. Liz has an MBA from Henley Management College and has studied human resources and learning & development. Liz also has extensive training, health and safety, coaching and project management experience.

Liz’s experience in business and HR consulting with SME clients means she can analyse and identify gaps in clients’ systems and processes, working quickly to provide lasting solutions.
