Mohit has over seven years of experience in the field of employment relations and human capital management. Mohit has been engaged in auditing employment and health and safety processes and providing pragmatic solutions to small and medium-size enterprises to achieve compliance with Employsure for last 18 months. Before joining Employsure Mohit has worked with various industries as a Human Resources Business Partner for a labour-hire business. Mohit specialises in developing sophisticated yet practical processes and systems to accomplish a favourable outcome for his clients as a consultant, while also focusing on empowering them to make informed decisions at critical junctures. His practical skills include delivering training sessions on complex topics, managing performance issues, leading investigations and disciplinary meetings and developing and implementing integrated and practical health and safety management system. He has been known to explain an employer’s obligations and complicated processes in a simplified way. Mohit possesses a humble attitude and empathy along with in-depth knowledge of day to day operational challenges faced by small to medium-size businesses which enables him to be a trusted advisor for his clients. He has been engaged with multiple not for profit organisations in Christchurch to support the local community. Mohit’s experience is supported by a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Employment Relations and a Bachelor of Business Management (Hospitality and Tourism Industry major). He has also achieved certifications in managing workplace emergencies and occupational health and safety management.
