Rhys is passionate about working alongside clients to encourage their continued success through implementing systems and processes which encourage a compliant working environment. Rhys brings with him experience as an employment relations consultant.

Having worked with clients from all walks of life, in a wide range of industries, Rhys takes a genuine interest in the businesses he works alongside. Through years of working alongside small businesses, Rhys prides himself on being able to make what may look like a mountain of regulation and legislation, become easy to understand and manageable for his clients.

Rhys has previously worked in employment relations, having operated his own consultancy service for a number of years. Alongside employment relations, Rhys has worked in Trusts, Estates and Mediation, experience which has developed an ability to get to the heart of what his clients require in an efficient, professional and empathetic manner. Rhys has studied Human Resources, Law, and Disputes Resolution, and is a qualified Legal Executive.

His experiences from having owned his own small business give him an affinity for understanding the real-world implications of employment relations and workplace health and safety, and will take pride in being able to assist your business in finding practical solutions to suit your needs.
