Shannon has graduated with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources and Employment Relations, where she was awarded as the top student for her majors in her last year of study. Shannon thrives on connecting with clients and talking through any Employment and Health and Safety issues. She is passionate about how the Employsure service can help small to medium sized businesses and finds real value in setting up our clients for compliance success. Before joining Employsure, Shannon worked as a People and Leadership Advisor for a leading NZ automotive repairer. There, she guided various business units with a broad range of employment relations issues, as well as previously specialising in payroll and recruitment. She is well versed in relating to all levels in various businesses and can easily transition from an employer point of view to an employee point of view, ensuring the best outcomes for both parties are considered. Shannon’s strengths include helping our clients better understand and navigate employment and health and safety legislation as well as easily understanding client requirements to craft suitable solutions across varied industries.
