Sharne is passionate about meeting new clients and assisting them with setting their businesses up for continued success. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in both Human Resources/Employment Relations and Health and Safety across a wide range of high risk industries including Manufacturing, Meat works and Construction. Having worked with a wide range of businesses, from those in start up mode, to those who are well established with over 150 employees, Sharne has a real appreciation for the challenges and time constraints that a lot of business owners are experiencing in the day to day running of their business. This appreciation allows her to have a real understanding of the need to have a strong foundation in place to assist businesses and business owners by not only providing guidance through industry specific challenges but also to competently advise on employment and health and safety systems and procedures.
