Stephen loves working with people, especially business owners that are striving to improve their everyday processes and structures. He comes from a diverse work background as a lawyer, teacher and union advocate.
His experience working with clients and groups across a broad range of industries and disciplines, allows him to help businesses find relevant ways to make employment and health and safety best practices meaningful and accessible to clients and their workers.
Stephen has previously worked in law with the Porirua bar and is also secretary and board member of an incorporated society. He has extensive international experience as a teacher and group facilitator. He has studied law and holds a Master of Arts degree in Applied Theatre from Goldsmiths, University of London.
Having worked at Employsure for several years, Stephen has a strong command of the challenges facing SME business and is well equipped to provide practical workplace solutions for clients.
He has a proven ability to help navigate and simplify the complexity of industrial relations and is a raving fan of efficiency and pragmatism.
