Balanced Scorecard

A performance management tool. Balanced scorecards help managers monitor the individual aspects of the business (i.e. financial, customers, processes and learning) and focus on the right areas in order to reach their ideal goals. This process is effective because it allows a business to focus on the day-to-day activities without losing sight of the bigger picture.
