An additional service for those employers who would like us to be more involved with their business. Through this service, we provide in-house training, on-site support and additional reviews to ensure your internal workplace practices are strong.

How it Works

  • Disciplinary meetings
  • Terminations meetings
  • Redundancy at risk, consultation and final outcome meetings

  • Bullying and harassment, sexual harassment and complex disciplinary investigations
  • Onsite support and action on these issues as soon as possible
  • Impartial investigator to conduct a fair investigation process

EmploysurePLUS services can be included in the service contract with a certain number of visits available for use per year and/or purchased in advance, or they can be purchased on a fee for service arrangement for existing clients at any stage during the term of the service contract. All services are counted on a single visit basis for any period between one to eight hours in a single day, where multiple days are required they will be counted as such.
