What are your biggest issues in dealing with the Holidays Act?
The New Zealand Government is seeking feedback on a new Issues Paper, which outlines the biggest problems employers, employees and payroll providers face in trying to implement the Holidays Act.
It’s a chance for small business owners to have their say on the parts of the Holidays Act they find the most difficult.
Specifically, the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment wants feedback on the following:
The release of the Issues Paper is the latest step in a full review of the Holidays Act, which was first established in May. The review aims to reduce complexity of the Holidays Act and make sure it reflects New Zealand’s changing labour market.
